This is for security and anti-spam purposes. We do use Google Analytics to monitor how visitors generally use our website, but this information does not identify individual users.

You will initially be asked for some basic information to help us process your query, this will typically involve your name, some information about your business and a contact email address.

Just ourselves and our trusted service suppliers. We are a small business and your details will not be shared with unauthorised parties or be passed on to others for marketing purposes. Can I Opt Out Of Communications?
By submitting an email via one of our contact forms, you are giving us consent to respond to your query. We may follow up our initial email within four weeks but beyond that, unless you become a client, you will automatically be opted out of any further communications from us.

How do we protect your information?
We take every reasonable to step to ensure your information is secure. Our website is encrypted, our local systems are equipped with professional security features and our payment processors (Stripe) maintain their own stringent security protocols. Please remember however that general business information (including contact details) are sent via the internet and that we cannot 100% guarantee the security of these. Information to us over the Internet is entirely at your own risk.
How Long Do You Hold My Information For?
If you make an enquiry but do not avail of our services as a result, your initial contact information will be removed from our systems within three months. If you become a client, your information will be retained on our accounting system for as long as you remain a client and then for as long as is required by law.
Cookies are small fragments of information that are stored on your computer’s hard drive when you visit our website - or any website on the internet. These cookies don’t collect any individual identification data, but they do offer us useful information for statistical purposes – such as how long you were on the site etc. You are able to turn off cookies using your browser settings.

It is assumed that all persons contacting our business are over the age of 18 and those enquiring about our services are asked to confirm they are over 18 before submitting a form. We will not undertake projects which are initiated by individuals that are under 18 years of age.
Transferring Your Details Outside Of The EU
By offering your information to us, you are acknowledging that they could be transferred to locations outside of Ireland. This could happen if a server is located in a country outside of Ireland. We cannot guarantee that these locations have the same protection laws as we do when it comes to personal data. By giving us your information, you are agreeing to these terms. However, if we are aware of your data being transferred out of the country, we will make sure the right protection processes are in place to ensure your personal information remains as secure as possible, in line with what we have stated above. If you engage with our website while outside the country, then our data may be transferred internationally in order to provide you with the correct services.
