As a number of businesses are closing (albeit temporarily), with effect from Monday 16th March, I am suspending my maintenance charge for existing full service clients until they can reopen.
Websites will be monitored and software will be updated, but there will no charge during the coming weeks.
Accounts up to the end of February are still payable.
Charges will be reactivated on a case by case basis as and when a business can reopen safely.
Naturally, if you ask me to undertake a specific task that is outside the agreement, a charge will apply for my time.
